Carbonization Technology Introduction
Carbonization reaction can be divided into low temperature and high temperature. At a low temperature of 200~500°C, the whole procedure is controlled by the reaction rate, because the activation energy required for the carbonization reaction at low temperature is very large, so the reaction rate is very slow. At high temperatures below 800°C, the process is controlled by the diffusion rate.

Waste Plastic Raw Materials
Depending on the composition of waste plastics, the oil yields from pyrolysis are also different. The oil yields of PP, PE, and PS are about 75%-90% of pyrolysis oil. (specific gravity 0.75-0.83).
The oil from waste car tires and waste plastic cracking can be refined after secondary refining to improve the quality of the cracked oil.
